2 screens

I have a K8NF4g-VSTA motherboard from ASRock. I have a Radeon graphics card installed, that is the card which gives me my main display. Whatever I do I cannot get the onboard graphics port to give me my display to my second screen. The only time it works is if I pull the Radeon out, then my second monitor works as my first would. It hasnt got any drivers installed as I uninstalled them after the ones fro the website did not work. Is there any way to rectif this? Maybe some 3rd party VGA drivers that would work? It is capable of doing it (when I remove the Radeon) and thats whats really annoying. Thank You.

you want to run dual monitors but are trying to use your radeon card as well as your onboard card to do it?

so far as i understand it thats simply not possible, only one gfx system can be in use at one time

I've done that before, but only with a PCI card and onboard. Your onboard video is recongnized at AGP, so you cannot use another AGP card and have them run at the same time. Why dont you just having your graphics card run 2 monitors? Or does it only have 1 DVI header?

No you can't, not with an onboard graphics card anyways, you'll need to do something like this:

Wont work.

SLI cards can only power ONE monitor, no matter how many outputs are on it.

He just needs to get a card with multiple outputs, or multiple cards that are not in SLI.

I'm currently running an x1300 PCI-E and a x1300 PCI, which gives me a combines 3 DVI outputs, and a 4th VGA output, so i can run all 3 of my monitors in DVI.

Get a 7600GT w/ dual DVI, I canned my ATI Crap because it was giving me too much trouble to run my dual 22's. Got both of my Samsung's hooked up now and it works flawless.
