Ok, I'm running both mac osx and windows on my mac pro, and I switch between them a fair bit. Here's the plan:
2, 24¨ monitors running off whatever new video card I get, probs a 8800 of some variety, in windows.
This card will not work in mac osx, and so I plan to use my current card, a 7300gt to run osx. Again I will want this running the 2 monitors.
So I'll have 4 vga cables coming out of the 2 cards, going to 2 monitors.
Is there a switcher box out there designed for this very purpose? ie, taking in 4 signals and sending them to 2 monitors? Or am I going to have to buy two switcher boxes?
