2 Week Old Computer Situation

This one is an old one but a goody. But why? When resetting the computer to factory default, you get like two weeks with a brisk computer. Then the registry topic. I feels sluggish right after this point. Is this OS related (maybe the computer knows something LOL)? So where does the computer actually operate at? Especially when brand new, very quick. Sometimes, it just begins to become a real CRASHER. A reseter. Time to start from the beginning more like it.
 
This is all on the user (you). The OS won't randomly bog down and become slow after a few weeks with normal use.
 
Thnx A L#+ Feels about right about now especially with the new user interface. I had a topic but i'll just post it in a bit.
