20 pin power cable into 24 pin socket?

Im building a comp with an ultra x connect 500 watt, and a dfi lan party socket 939 mobo. The ultra psu comes with a 20 pin atx main power cable, but I only see a 24 pin socket on the mobo. What do I do?

u might wanna double check if the PSU doesnt come with 24-pin but there are 4 on the end that are detachable. The same thing happened to me when i was buying a psu, it said it was 20-pin i needed 24-pin, but the picture showed a 24-pin connector. But 4 were detachable.

The PSU still should work, but it wouldn't hurt spending $4 on a converter (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16812101121.

Yeah but it's not too hard to mod the pin-outs if needed either (i only looked briefly at the pinouts on my 24p board so dont know thoroughly quite yet)
