First off, you're more than welcome to call me a little biased. However, after working at a local computer shop and seeing perhaps 90% of the machines coming through with major hardware failures being HPs, I don't consider any HP a good choice.
On paper, though, the laptop does have good specs. Fine processor, decent GPU (though I'm still rather against any major gaming on laptops). I would get rid of Norton as well. You'd be better off with something like Microsoft Security Essentials.
Finally...the price. While not a terrible price, I do believe you could find a better deal. I'm seeing some Samsungs for about the same or lower price...
