i dont know much about monitor specs as much as other comp hardware. is 5ms and 1000:1 good? and i dont think its really 22'' because the viewable area is 21.6. i think they included the frame in 22"

soyo is an ok brand...i fixed one of my friend's Soyo laptop because his brother was looking at pr0nz on it...

I used to sell Soyo 8 years ago. I'm not sure what they've done for quality control since, but I can tell you that at the time it was utter garbage. It was a very short time before I scrapped them. I noticed that one of my suppliers still sells Soyo. It's very cheap to buy, so somehow I doubt quality has improved much.
