$250 build for my Uncle

It's been a while since I posted here lol. So, my uncle asked me to make a build for him for around $250. I've managed to compile a list of parts that fit within that range, however the Intel build uses Single-Channel architecture, instead of Dual-Channel. I did a search and read that CPU's above 800Mhz FSB or so will be bottle necked by Single-Channel RAM.

So, here are the list of parts I put together for my uncle. I'd be really grateful if someone posted a list of advantages and disadvantages. He wants the PC for occasional use, and some "photo editing".

These are the main pieces I have listed, though I have more, depending on what my uncle wants. The pieces are also exchangeable depending on what he wants. So, what do you guys think? Thanks a lot for reading through all this.

My uncle has a keyboard, mouse and monitor. All that's missing is an OS, but he's getting real cheap about it. I might try reusing my Vista OEM, or installing Windows 7 on his computer.
