2nd hard disk help???

i just put in a second hard disk into my dell but "my computer" doesnt see it, when i start my computer and go to setup the computer sees it but when im in windows it doesnt see it,

any help?
advice?

You need to make format it and make it active.

Start - Control Panel - Admin Tools - Computer Management - Disk Management

p.s. doing a wake and bake and trying to work on ur computer not a great idea lol, its fun dont get we wrong but you dont make too much progress :\ lol

Do what Imsati says and then:

Look at the graphical area in the bottom right of the display. Disk 0 is your original hard drive and maybe Disk 1 is the new hard drive. The new drive will probably not be initialized or formatted so click to initialize the drive, and then format it as an NTFS volume (right click then choose format).
