2nd Hard Drive

I have 2 SATA Hard drives on my computer. When I put in my new 2nd SATA Hard drive I couldn't find it in my computer. When I go into CMOS it shows the 2nd hard drive, and when I go into my device manager it shows the 2nd hard drive as well. But it doesn't show on my computer to where I can access it and use it. Any ideas?

START>Control Panel>Admin Tools>Computer Management

Click on Disk Management, then make the window bigger. Right-click on the HDD in question, then Make it active and/or format it.
