2T Mode?

First off Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays!

As some of you may know I am upgrading from 2x512 ram to 4x512.

Someone on another forum said that if I wasn't in "2T" mode I would have problems.

I am not exactly sure how to set it to it, or what it is though.

so...

My BIOS > DRAM Settings > ...

Min RAS# active time (TRAS) -- 8T
RAS# to CAS# delay (TRCD) -- 4T
ROW precharge time (TRP) -- 2T

Am I already in 2T mode? If not which of these do I change to 2T? Or, am I completely off?

Someone on another forum is wrong. 2T is just slower, not less stable or anything.
