2x Molex to 6-pin

My graphics card uses the 6-pin connection, my powersupply has 2 12v rails, with 16 amps on each. Each rail has it's own cable with 2x molex connecters and various others like sata and floppy. I'm just wondering whether i should use both connections from one cable and use the entire rail, or one 4-pin connection from each rail. I think using one from each would help with stability in terms of power... can anyone confirm?

And before you guys tell me, i will get a decent power supply when i can afford to.

ok, i got a 400watt offbrand and a 9800gt. i used a line from two diff rail so that it matched the amp requirements. i havent tried it the other way but it works this way so im not gonna mess with it.

What makes you all think just because you have 2 molex leads coming off the power supply that each are off different rails?

Like I said how do you know the molex connectors are fed off different rails. I bet you all your molex connectors are on the same rail. Just because they come off two different leads from the power supply doesnt mean they are on different rails. Dual rail Power supplies, all the molex and SATA connectors are fed off the same rail.
