2x1GB DDR2 800 - G.Skill or XMS2

The favored here would be Corsair's xms series to start off with from having used that for gaming. Mushkin is one noted for OCing capability.
 
Well as someone else in the forum already said and I myself saw while researching this, the G.Skill has a lot of amazing reviews while the XMS2 is kind of anonymous. I heard a lot of sites saying that G.Skill is the the most worthwhile high end memory out there.
 
i was reading the reviews ion neweggs and they said that the g skill was good at oc and others said it was very hard or they oculdnt get it.... osunds iffy
 
Corsair has always been a gaming brand memory. Crucial and Mushkin often get some rave reviews for OCing along with Corsair.
 
It was either GSkill or Geil someone was complaining about some time back when talking conversing with the owner of one repair about combining efforts there. The comment at the time was that if you got it to run "run it". He also pointed at Corsair or Crucial.
 
That depends on the make and model board you are planning to run them on as well as what the board supports.
 
Well I just asked in the Motherboard department whether I should go with the DQ6 or the P5W DH DLX and I got no answer so far. But I'm positive it will be one of them.
