Hi all
I am on a tight budget, but really want to hit the 3.0ghz level and be stable for Photoshop work. The reason I am asking is because I am hearing that people are not able to hit 3.0ghz on the newer e4300's.I am wanting to hit 3.0ghz or better. The machine will be used for Photoshop CS3, Lightroom and other photography applications....lots of RAW processing. NO gaming. Any suggestions would be welcome.

As you said in another thread, overclocking is more of an "art". You may be able to hit 3Ghz or you may not. Whats wrong with getting it up to only 2.8Ghz?
