3.5" Floppy Disks

I have some floppy disks which have some accounting information on them, which were copied using Windows 98. My laptop uses Vista, can anyone tell me how I can read the information.

If the floppies are still readable as they get corrupted over time, you would have to buy an external usb floppy drive, something like one of these.
