3 hard drive configuration...

I am planning to use the Western Digital Raptor 74G for applications and two WD 320G hard drives, one for storage of photoshop and other video media and another one for audio.

Do I have to run the 2 320gig hard drives in a raid configuration or do I just leave them alone? Is it possible to have them running separately for their respective purposes? Thanks in advance.

depends. You can just hook them all up using IDE. But you would only have room for one cd drive. Im not too familiar about raid. Theres a Raid101 here, you should look at it.
