3 large non-system txt files on Android

Yesterday, I found 3 text files on my Android phone, after looking around, without hooking it up to my computer.

I don't know how it's possible, but it looks like someone installed three text files on my phone to have certain consequences, one of which is a restart, another of which is a crash. The third I don't know.

They were full of code. One was 16 MB large. I deleted all three immediately.

Considering I don't go around intentionally angering people and lending my phone out to strangers, how could someone have installed .txt files on my phone without my knowing?

PS. The reason I went looking around is because I had had several unexplained crashes, restarts, and pages turning when I wasn't doing anything.

Alright, just seemed weird cuz after I deleted the files, my phone stopped crashing and restarting and acting funny. I found them as "Documents" in my File Manager. They were not there one week ago. I deleted them, and no problems arose. Today I wiped the phone and so far, all is good without those extremely large text files named "Crash" and "Restart". Seems kinda strange to me.
