$300 LED Display

Haya!

Looking for $250-$300 LED Display.
I use Samsung P2270HD for last 5-6 years and (I think) it's time to change some.
I'll use it for games (mostly), movies (not much), some simple CADs projects [for University]. I'm not a colour geek [I won't use any photo editors or things like that].

What should I choose? TN/FHD/144Hz? IPS/1440p/60Hz? IPS/2560*1080/60Hz?


[Sorry for not fluent english, it's not my mother's tongue.]

A 1440 IPS display should be good. I'd avoid TN displays because their color representation sucks.
