Is it possible to put a 32bit OS on a 64 bit system?
Is there much of a difference between a 32/64 bit system and OS?

Just wondering, thanks!

Yes

Biggest difference is that you can utilize more than 3 GB* of RAM with a 64 bit OS.

He hit the nail on the head.

64bit releases on Linux tend to be less stable since they still haven't been developed as much as 32bit. The 64bit can move large amounts of memory around better.

Understand the downside. Sofware compatibility (particularly with hardware drivers) is an issue sometimes with a 64 bit O/S.

Yes, that right.
That the main reason why i'm not using vista 64bit for now.
