32bit or 64bit for my rig

i have to buy a new windows vista since im using my uncles and it says it is already in use, should i get the systembuilder 32bit or 63 bit or should i get the reguler vista premium 32bit or 64bit and what is the diff between 32bit n 64bit

Get OEM Vista home premium 64bit. You can have more memory and it will be more "future proof". I have found no compatibility problems and i love it.

whats the differnce with the oem and the retail, the retail one is on my system right now lol

If you gotta buy a new cd, OEM only costs $112 when retail is $220 and about all you get extra is a book and a fancy box. Can you not buy another license or would it cost more that way?

Get the OEM version of Vista Premium x64.
