350w psu

My question is, can I run this video card with the 350w psu when it says the reccomendation is 450w?

I agree with monkeysims, i have that power supply and it worked great on my Penitum D 930 and 7600GS system. That power supply that comes with that case is extremely weak in terms of amps it puts out, you deffinetly need a different power supply for that video card.
