3700 64 from a 3200 winchester...

I am thinking of getting a newer cpu, have had my 3200 winchester for about a year now... I am thi8nkning of getting the 3700 64, will i see much improvement getting this cpu...? theres only a 200mhz increase in speed...

i dont think they made a winchester version of the 3200 for s754

As for the performance increase i would have to say no, you will not see much if any improvement
