Mobo: ASRock A780GMH/128M AM2+/AM3 AMD 780G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard -$70

CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Black Processor -$120

CD Drive: LITE-ON Black 52X CD-R 32X CD-RW 52X CD-ROM ATAPI/E-IDE CD Burner -$16

RAM: Crucial 1GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Desktop Memory Model CT12864BA1339 -$15 each stick

Now I know this is not the BEST setup out right now but its very good.
The ram could be upped in speed a bit (its 1066) but overall this setup should run anything out there right now. All prices found in Newegg as of today. I think Im going to build this setup soon anyone dislike let me know.

Kingston HyperX 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Desktop Memory Model KHX8500D2/1G I can change it out for this same price 15.49$

Also I would like to use that other mobo but the IGP is crappy. I want to build this comp with out the vid card for now( due to funds) and run the stock one hd3200. I know it sucks but its better then my current for now.

Well if you need Onboard Video, skip the ASrock (lowend budget board) Spend a few bucks more and get a Gigabyte or Asus board.

I thought the hd3200(780g) is one of the best? I know the 790G(hd300) is a bit better just barley though but its 30-50 dollars more with that diffrence thats almost the cost of the good GPU. Also you can OC the crap out of the 780g from 500-950 with stock cooling or just a fan in the case near it. Also the asrock has the unlock ACC so may have chance of unlocking the tri core to a quad.

Not talking about the Chipset, the 780G is a good onboard chip. ASrock is just a lowend board. That one still has old liquid filled Caps.

5 bucks more

EDIT
That is unless you want the ASrock because it has the SB 710 southbridge, could have the chance to unlock the core on the 720BE

Yes I want the sb710 for the few extra features mainly chance to unlock. How bad is liquid caps? Also has anyone had any problems with the brand of mobo or any other thing on the list? I know its a lower end Mobo but the whole computer is made of cheap parts. Also why is the power supply so important It says it 480w. This system should not be that power demanding as to require anything more I would think.

^ If you go with the mobo that stranglehold suggested, then it is a good solid brand, ASrock is also good, but i would prefer gigabyte and asus over anything(personal preference).Everything else looks good.

Yes, it is rated at 480 watts, but the thing here is the quality of the componets in the power supply, you could get something that is even more powerful and effecient and better quality for the same price. Rosewill hasn't had the best repuation on some computer parts one being power supplies.

Here are a few good ones.
My current power supply, great psu.
