3D hardware acceleration

Well I installed Madden 06 and when I went to play it it said that I don't have Direct3D hardware acceleration. So do I need to get a new video card? I have an SiS 650 piece of crap.
 
Yes a new video card would be in order. Check for an AGP slot you may only have PCI I'm not sure.
