are you looking to buy or free stuff? If you want to buy it, they have some at officedepot and a little at bestbuy or a lot of sites online to download it.
If you are looking for something free, http://www.sketchup.com/ is a decent free 3d program. If you are a college student any you have a school email, you can try http://students8.autodesk.com/?lbon=1. It is the student version of all the autodesk products. it has autoCAD and Inventor to name a few. Inventor looks like a really awesome 3d design prog, but i havent used it.

There's Daz3D, but you have to use pre-made files(characters, props, etc) You can get free stuff from Renderosity.com
