3D Vision 2 with ASUS VG248QE / Help!

Hey guys, I just bought a computer, with the VG248QE monitor, which says it's 3D Ready. I have a Nvidia GTX 780, and bought the 3D Vision 2 kit because that's what I need to make 3D run apparently.
The problem is that every time I run the Set up stereoscopic 3D option on my Nvidia Control Panel, it either gets to a point where it says there is no compatible 3D monitor, or I just get the 3D Vision Discovery Glasses (red & blue) option. I connected the IR Emitter via USB to my computer, and there's no VESA 3 Pin input on my monitor, so I dunno if the USB is enough, I'm doing something else wrong or if there's anything else going on. BTW, I have the latest video card drivers installed.

So I wonder, how should I set this up?? I'm lost here!

I solved it. Apparently I had my HDMI cable connected and my display settings were set to duplicate my monitor to the TV. I also went into the advanced settings and set it to 144 mHz. That made 3D vision recognize my monitor and set up everything. Maybe this will help someone later, dunno.

Cheers!
