3DMark and all That

I see all these sweet programs like 3DMark, etc... to test GPU performance, CPU performance and all that lovely stuff. I was wondering...is 3DMark free? Because I can't seem to find a free version. And also, what are all those other programs used to overclock directly from the desktop and check CPU speed from the desktop?

Oh, y'know what? My mobo comes with software that allows me to do all that stuff. I just need 3DMark, no other programs.
