3dmark errors since overclocking

Hey

Just bought a new cpu pentium 4 3.4ghz , and overclocked to 3.6, and just ran 3dmark 05, ive ran this numerous times without problems, but after overclocking to 3.6ghz it wont complete the tests, i get a error message saying that it needs to close, i dunno why, the cpu temps got upto 63c before it closed, could this be the reason u think? my idle cpu temp at the moment is 44c with my room temp being at 25c, is this a safe temp :confused: any ideas on this id appreciate thanks
 
1. 63c isnt bad
2. After you overclocked, did you do stress testing? (i.e., Prime95)
 
Yeh i tryed prime95 ran it for 5 minutes without errors, prob not long enough right, how long do u leave it running for? and a update on the 3dmarks, im not getting the erors now, dunno if it was just a one off thing...

Since i dont use 3dmark i dont know if they spit out errors or anything ... what type of errors do you get?
 
just an error message saying that it needs to close, asking me if i want to send an error report or not, anyway it seems to be workin alright now, i just have heat issues now, if its not one things its somethig else lol
