3DMark06 crapping out for e6600??

I haven't OC'd my e6600 so it's just running at 2.4GHz. I ran 3dmark06 and my overal rating was 9300'ish. My graphics testing did awesome but for the cpu, when it was doing the red mountain cpu test, it was running at 1-0 fps!!!! Is this normal for a [email protected]???!!! i was kinda pissed that it preformed so crappy.
 
Yeah that's normal, I get around 2 fps on that same test but I've overclocked mine to 3.2GHz, and I get a score of around 11,400 or something with an 8800gtx
 
alright, thanks. That's good to know because it's a nice cpu and it plays DiRT on Ultra settings perfectly so it made me wonder about the cpu test.
 
0-1FPS is normal, and 9300 is a pretty good score stock. Even mine doesnt hit over 3FPS in either test.
