3dmark06? q6600

Ok just got done doing my first 3dmark06 test on my new pc, and whats weird is that the cpu still gets 0-1 fps is it supposed to do that because it did that with my p4 too I didn't think my q6600 would do that bad.. I past 10k though but I think it'd be higher. Is it supposed to do that or isnt it?

I did, and the CPU test were between 1-3FPS.
