Is this program only mean to be used with after-market video cards?

I realize using it with onboard video might seem pointless to some, but I'd like to know why I get 0FPS when using this program.. it's a bunch of still images that change every 1-2 seconds.

Help is appreciated :)
 
I have ran 3dmark06 with the computer in my office. the computer had 6800gt, pentium 4 HT 3.4GHZ (omg that thing is a heater running over 3.0v core volt), and it came out less than a 1000. the visuals on the monitor was so bad. it was smooth on my computer below, but it seems like it stops for half a second, and runs for half a second.
