is there anyway to run it in vista? i tried run as admin but it is asking that i dont have dx9 installed LOL.

My guess is that you'll have to wait until 3dMark07 or something comes out.....

That could possibly mean Vista enabled with DX9 cards..... My guess is that they'll have to revamp the graphics with DX10 caliber and release it as 3DMark07.....

I ran 3dmark06 with my vista RC2 installatsion. it ran.. but i couldnt enable SLI because the nvidia drivers didnt want to instal

Since he has a DX10 card running under Vista, he's probably going to need a 3DMark that can run DX10......

Unfortunetly the 8800 doesnt have Vista drivers released yet, so you wont be able to run any 3D games or benchmarks under Vista.

3DMark06 is compatible with Vista, and i've run it on the previous Beta's.

actually i ran oblivion with my 8800gtx so.... but it is forceware and is not the official driver from nvidia A

fraps appears to maxed out on 60fps or did i not set it right? it stays on 60fps maxed settings.
