3G USB Stick -> WiFi Router?

Is it possible to hook up a 3G USB stick to a WiFi router, instead of hooking it up directly into a computer?

Does anyone know how to setup something like... redirect anyone that connects
to my WiFi network to a login page where they have to enter a username and
password before they receive access on my network?

why not just use wpa.... or are you trying to setup a hotspot
