I put the prices in chinese yuan because the chinese newegg site is running discounts on these boards as they are refurbs. The Asrock's are looking like a very good deal. it seems that they have everything the Giga and Asus boards are offering and they can run dual 8x 8x video cards while giga and Asus run 16x 4x.

Im gonna keep on trying to research to see if there are any main differences that would affect me. other than that these boards look very similiar to the common eye which would make me think the asrock 785gxh would be a good board to get.

Bodaggit23: good question. The answer is i dont know. But to try to be more specific i could probably use just one video card and be happy enough. The board you recommended just is too expensive priced at 975 over here.

G25r8cer: people seem to ike that board alot. Im still trying to learn the differences but im sure that asus is a good board to bet on:) its also the most expensive lol so i was wondering if i could save some money.

Most people, including me, will never run more than a single GPU.

If I were you, I'd get the GA-MA770T-UD3P, unless you need onboard video, like Stranglehold said.

I have the ASUS board and the onboard video gives a 4.2 (for desktop graphics) and a 5.4 (for gaming graphics) on the Windos 7 rating. Thats with a Phenom II 945 CPU. Hope that helps, Doug.

If you are planning not to have more than one graphic card, then pick GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P. It's a good board and isn't too expensive

Asus and Gigabyte are great boards.

I have owned a very similiar Asrock board to this and it was really nice. They update there bios to accept new cpus very quickly and have nice bios features. However, they seem to have a high DOA count and do not have 8+2 power design or fancy heatsinks. If you get a good one it should serve you well but Gigabyte and Asus are still better constructed and there layout is also better.
