Total $401 us. Kinda blew the budget a tad I don't live in the us so don't know other sites. Hope this gives u an initial idea. Should play modern games on mid to high settings at 1080p and maybe ultra at lower resolutions.

The motherboard is the best budget one that still comes with all the goodies (DDR3 memory, sata, i7 support, CFX capability, good onboard sound, and m.2)

It's nothing special but definitely a start!

Intel is the better choice IMO. The two builds listed above are very good.
