$400 HP Pavilion DV7 laptop... good deal?

I found a 6 month old used HP Pavilion DV7 laptop on craigslist for $450, and the seller will take my $400 offer. Is it a good deal?

No. It is not for gaming. And you will not find gaming laptop with that budget.\
With that budget, you can get this compaq. CPU is faster than RM-72. Although it only has 3GB RAM, it is new and cheaper, plus win7 better than vista. BTW HP & Compaq is the same company...
