Are there going to be any ~3.5+ C2D's coming out soon? I have been waiting for the 45nm quads to come out but I've been reading that some people are having problems with the 8x multi on the E8400 (I think its a 8x multi) and they think that this is going to make the quads have the same problem.
 
The E8400 has a x9 multi. Absolutely no problems, 4Ghz stable on air sounds good, no?

The Q9450 i believe will have the x8 multi, that may cause a FSB wall within the chip itself or a motherboard that has trouble achieving 450+ fsb.
 
The mobo is not problem mine goes all the way to 800 so I'm good there,its just changing the voltages and all that stuff. I'm still pretty new to all this overclocking stuff
