i have the gainward 4850 i had the gainward 7950gt before that-good brand (nice and cheap too)
 
i like the look of the msi myself but i think the saphire has more onboard memory so it prob will be a little better!

me personaly i would get the saphire
 
If you have a little extra room in your case I would suggest the 9800 GTX+

It is the almost same price and will out perform the 4850. Look at this article...it is one of many out there. Make sure you do some good research first before you make a decision. ;)

Just from reading reviews on NewEgg, I heard Sapphire is not a good company in terms of customer support. The cooler on the MSI seems like it would be a bit more effective too. I would either go for the MSI or the HIS. Just my opinion.
