4870x2 normal memory voltage?

My Sapphire 4870x2 has recently increased in memory tempretures to a point where i can only game for 5 minutes before the temp goes to around 125 degreese celcius and crashes.
Idle temp is around 90 deg celcius after gaming.

I have a few theorys as to why this has happened.

1. My sleeping tablets made me change memory voltage in bios settings for my gfx card while i was asleep.
(My sleeping pills make me do random things that i don't remeber while sleeping.)

2. My card is dying?

This is here a picture showing my graphics memory voltage, can anyone confirm that it is at a normal voltage?

i get the same sleeping effects on my Ambien sleeping meds... but first things first i would try to turn up the fan settings in Rivatuner to 65% and see if that helps.

Alright I made a gamer profile with 66% fan speed, noisy though

Really want to know weather i should get the hammer out or just change some settings.
