4870X2 psu???

Im also going to add an oced 9950BE or an oced q6600 because then the the
X2 would bottleneck otherwise. That also drags some major power. Will
700 watts cover me? I think i might need something over 800.
Something that will fit in an antec 1200, please.

no! wattage is really not that important, since almost all the computers we have use less than 500W all the time. what you really should look for is current on the 12V rails, and brand name.
