4890 ATI Driver prob?

Hi I just installed my new PowerColor Radeon HD 4890 1GB today, and I checked on ATI OverDrive to see if all is ok and I saw ``Current Values 240MHz GPU Clock`` speed and normally is supposly to show the normal 850MHz? But Memory Clock is ok is show up the 975MHz

I used google to see if there a thread for this probleme but notthing, so plz evryone I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

If im not mistaken.... doesnt the ati 4xxx series downclock while in 2d mode? Try opening up gpu-z and see what it shows for clock....
 
Ok is show 850MHz GPU Clock speed on GPU-Z but before I was running on a 9800GT 1GB and had better FPS in GTA 4 maxed then the new 4890 1GB I have run less smoother and on benchmark test running with 30fps only and the 9800GT 1GB running with like 37 to 40 fps with maxed setting and 100 view distance and 1680x1050. And yes I have the last ATI driver 9.4. The new 4890 is not supposly to be better then the GTX 260, so extremly better then the 9800GT?
