What do you want to use the computer for? If it is just for web browsing, homework, and things of that nature that one would be fine. If you're planning on doing any gaming at all you should consider something with a dedicated graphics card.

This. When he says dedicated he also means something that is faster than a 5450...

You could build something relatively decent for $500, as long as you don't need Peripherals and an OS.
