as for those psu's, well pc p&c supply psu's to dell so your on the right lines, most of those psu's that explicit mention it will be compatible with dell pinouts.

Your link doesnt go to a specifc model however, so if you could fix that then we'll know more
 
sata, is a type of interface used my modern hard drives. They require a different pinout power source. This is just telling you that some dell 4600 come with sata drive and that this power supply will have the nessessary connectors. You do not need to worry about this, if you have sata in your machine then the new psu will have the connectors. If you dont have sata in you machine then it wont matter, those connectors will just lie idle
 
o no i didnt need to change anything and i wrote that post before i got it, right now ive had it for about 3-4 hours
works fine
