5200+ Windsor or 6000+ brisbane?

ok i have a question,i just bought a 90nm 2.6ghz 5200+ 2mb L2 (CHEAP!)25.00 USD for my wifes pc should i go ahead and give it to her or give her my 6000+3.1 lower cache cpu ? my system could handle the heat better and i could use more L2 anyways . what would you do?

i wouldn't worry much, if she's got stock cooling (AMD stock) then she'll be fine, if her case is generally warm, you can take the 5400, with the extra l2, you won't notice a big difference, and if so, only gaming. when my 5000 is at 2.6, and i up it to 3 theres not a huge noticeable difference, at 3.2ghz i can pick things up better, but, both cpus will do their thing just fine, so i'd just put the warmer in your comp.

If it's too hot for her take the side panel off her case, that's what Im doing and cpu temps are 10'C lower
