$600 upgrade?

This is my system:

So, I have $600 to burn and I can't decide what to upgrade! I was thinking about getting another SSD and putting it in RAID 0...
Not sure if I want a new proc/mobo, because I think I should wait a while for the next gen stuff to come out.

Anyway, what do you guys think I should upgrade at this point? Or should I just wait a while for better stuff to come out?

I would possibly get a new graphics card, be it the 5970 or GTX580, since you can transfer that over into a new build, and sell your old one. I wouldn't add much more to it if you're thinking of upgrading the CPU in the future, since the current Sandybridge chips use 1155, and the "new" socket is supposed to come around Q4 to support SB and Triple Channel memory
 
Thanks for the advice guys, I might consider upgrading the GPU.

However, a huge problem I have is that when I'm gaming or even rendering stuff for work, the temperatures go through the roof and sometimes result in a crash. I've been looking into water cooling but I know this runs much more than $600 for a full system.

Maybe a new case to improve the airflow? I really am lost on what to do with my system, as I want to make it future - proof. And, lol I'm sort of noob when it comes to computer hardware. :P

Sounds like a case issue, since your PSU should be doing its part just fine. Do you have a stock heatsink installed, or an aftermarket one?
