Is it worth the extra 35$ to get the e6400 over the e6300? I'm on a budget but I can afford to pay the extra without cutting out of the rest of my build.

Even so, the E6400 is clocked significantly higher then the E6300, and if you dont have to cut back on anything else, I would get it.
