64 bit capable????

I have to update my Dimension E510 to windows 7 home premium. Long story why i have to do this, i will spare you the details. Trying to figure out if it is 64 bit capable.
Specs:
Pentium D 3.4Ghz
ATI 9600GT
4 GB of ddr2 ram

Mostly what i'm worried about is if there are 64 bit drivers for all my dell hardware(drives, communication gear, etc....). Also is it worth it to upgrade to 64? I will eventually add more ram.

Your CPU does support the 64 bit instruction set but you could well run into problems with the MB chipset drivers. Dell doesn't seem to support 64 bit very well with your hardware.
As for benefits, I would suggest staying with 32 bit, there is still no great advantage as yet.
