64 byte on Flash Drive work on a 32 system?

Greetings all,

Question;

Can a 64 byte Linux ISO (will be running from flash and not current XP OS) be burned to a boot-able flash and operate on a windows xp system that is 32 byte? I would figure not but, still will ask question.

You mean to boot to the flash drive and run Linux off the flash drive. Yes, it will work as it is independent of Windows at that point.

Running Win XP pro, 32 byte.....(processor is 32 byte).
Unnamed program is an iso that I will burn to a flash drive which is 64 byte.

???
 
As per others, what CPU is in the system?

CPUs with 64-bit extensions have been out nearly 15 years now. It doesn't matter what version of Windows it is, just if the hardware can support a 64-bit environment.

If it really is an old enough PC to be 32-bit only, why not get a 32-bit version of the Linux ISO? These are commonly noted as 'i386'
