Im getting a Intel Pentium 4 630 3.0Ghz / 2MB Cache / 800 FSB / Socket 775 / HyperThreading / Processor and I just wanted to know what I would have to do to run this in regards to how to upgrade the BIOS and really basically this that I read somewhere...

"Intel® Extended Memory 64 Technology (Intel® EM64T) requires a computer system with a processor, chipset, BIOS, OS, device drivers and applications enabled for Intel EM64T. Processor will not operate (including 32-bit operation) without an Intel EM64T-enabled BIOS. Performance will vary depending on your hardware and software configurations. Intel EM64T-enabled OS, BIOS, device drivers and applications may not be available. Check with your vendor for more information."

P.S.-my motherboard is ok for this processor is there anything else I need to tell you to determine this?

Uh natively? it says...
* Support intel Pent 4 775-Land LGA Package utilizes FlipChip Land Grid Array (FCLGA4) package processor
*Support CPU Frequency 533MHz/800MHz
*Support 2.8G/3.0G/3.6G LGA 775 Pent 4 processor
* Reserves support for future Intel Pent 4 precessors

sorry not sure of the exact answer to that but it does say it supports hyper threading technology and has * award 4MB flash ROM
