680i SLI motherboard , FSB & Memory Config

now , when i start the computer, in the begining it says "SLI memory detected - disabled"
when i go into the BIOS to configure the FSB & Memory Config

now should i enable it? i got these options and im not sure which..
  1. Disabled
  2. CPUOC 0%
  3. CPUOC 1%
  4. CPUOC 2%
  5. CPUOC 3%
  6. CPUOC 4%
  7. CPUOC 5%
  8. CPUOC MAX
  9. EXPERT



does anyone know which is the right one to choose? or keep it disabled? atm im running windows XP professional.

any help would be apprciated. thanks

Looks to me like it is asking you how much you want to overclock your computer. That is a call only you can make. Personally, I don't overclock. To paranoid really.
