7-pin s-video to RCA-video (yellow)

Hey, the cable I bought on ebay arrived today. The official name is:

7-pin s-video + 3.5mm to RCA-red, white, yellow.

The sound works already. I stuck the 3.5mm into my desktop sound,
and the red and white are giving me sound on my TV.

But the video is not showing anything. One end (7-pin) is in my graphics
card, XFX Nvidia Geforce 7600 GT, and the RCA-yellow is in my TV.
But nothing is happening. I just see a blank screen on my TV.

Any suggestions?

Do you have your tv switched to video 1 or input 1 ..?? Also, might want to double check you have the yellow video wire hooked up in the corret location on the tv.

1. Yes, TV is on Video1. As I mentioned, the audio is already working. Just the
video still not working.

2. Yes, the colors are plugged into TV correctly.

3. I suspect I have to turn on S-Video output on my computer somehow, but I
don't know how. I think it might have something to do with setting up multiple
monitors. The problem is that when I go Display Properties > Settings on my
computer (Win XP), I only see one monitor. And there isn't option to turn on
multiple monitors.

Any suggestions?

My nvidia graphics card isn't detecting that my TV is connected, so it won't allow me
to set up the display.

Any suggestions?
